Our three apartments — Savvas Surf House, Anemos Surf View, and Surf House — are located in Artemida (Loutsa), Attica, Greece, just 26 metres from the sea. They are between 30 and 70 metres from Nissakia Beach, one of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the Athens Riviera. Athens International Airport is just 7 km away (about 10 minutes by car). The apartments are 15 metres from the seaside promenade that winds along the coastline's small coves.

Savvas Surf House is 30 metres from Nissakia Beach, Anemos Surf View is 26 metres from the sea with a private beach area, and Surf House is 70 metres. All three apartments have sea views and balconies overlooking the water. Other nearby beaches include Artemis Beach (1.5 km), Marikes Beach (2.7 km), and Bembela Beach (3.7 km).

Yes! Artemida is one of the top windsurfing and kitesurfing destinations in Attica. Right outside the apartments is one of the best surf spots in Greece. The famous Nissakia Surf Club is just 35 metres away. The thermal winds blow consistently from June through September, making it ideal for all skill levels. You can watch the action from your balcony!

Absolutely! A professional surf instructor is available right at Nissakia Beach, just steps from the apartments. Guests can arrange windsurfing lessons during their stay — perfect for beginners and experienced surfers alike. The Nissakia Surf Club (35 m away) also offers equipment rental and courses.

Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is just 7 km away, about 10 minutes by car. We can arrange a transfer service for you. The airport train station is 13 km away and the metro is 17 km away. You can also take a taxi or rent a car at the airport.

Yes, all three of our apartments are pet-friendly at no extra charge. Your furry companions are welcome to join you on your holiday. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Yes, free public parking is available around the property — no reservation needed. There is also street parking available nearby.

Anemos Surf View and Surf House also feature private beach access and a garden.

Savvas Surf House (60 m²) has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 2–4 guests. Anemos Surf View (70 m²) features a living room, bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 2–4 guests. Surf House (70 m²) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a garden, suitable for 2–4 guests.

The famous Xypolitos fish taverna is just 25 metres away. Nissakia Surf Club café is 100 metres away, Sea View café is 800 metres, and Palazzo is 2.3 km away. There is a supermarket and bakery within 1 km. The centre of Artemida and the port of Rafina are 5 km away.

Besides windsurfing and kitesurfing, you can enjoy swimming at Nissakia Beach, hiking along the seaside promenade, fishing, canoeing, cycling, and visiting local seafood tavernas. Nearby attractions include the Sanctuary of Artemis (12 km), the Marathon Archaeological Museum (18 km), and the Vorres Museum (18 km). Day trips to Athens (30 min), the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, and the Saronic Gulf islands are easy to arrange.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM — please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. We offer private check-in/check-out and express check-in options for your convenience.

Our apartments are non-smoking. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are welcome upon request at no extra charge. Please note that Anemos Surf View is adults-only (guests must be at least 20 years old to check in).

Absolutely. Artemida is a quiet, family-friendly seaside town. Nissakia Beach has shallow, calm waters (when there is no wind), making it suitable for children. The area is safe, well-connected, and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. Note that Anemos Surf View is an adults-only apartment.
