We use your information to: process and confirm your booking, communicate check-in details and stay information, send booking confirmations and receipts, respond to your enquiries, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for the duration required by Greek tax law (typically 5 years). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Your Rights
