Cancellation Policy
How much of your booking is refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel, measured from your check-in date.
2 months or more before check-in
(60 days or more)
Between 1 and 2 months before check-in
(30–59 days)
Less than 1 month before check-in
(8–29 days)
1 week or less before check-in
(7 days or fewer)
How refunds work
The refund amount is calculated as a percentage of the total amount you paid for your stay. To request a cancellation, contact us with your booking details. Once confirmed, the eligible amount is returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Climate / accommodation tax
Any climate or accommodation tax collected at booking is refunded in the same proportion as the rest of your booking.
Date changes
Where possible, we are happy to move your dates instead of cancelling, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
